Answer: When Hillary lost and they found out that all their stupid polls were lying, and their solution is to kick the same can down the road and invent new lying polls. The fact is (and Tom Peres admitted it) is that the DNC is broken... and in fact... broke. All they have is polls, because they certainly don't have the campaign rally attendance. And they MOST certainly aren't raising the money.
