My youngest started walking on her own with no help from us at 9 months. My oldest REFUSED to walk until around 15 months.

The girl was a good toddler. ..not so much a good infant. She was around a year old when she started walking....the boy was about 9 months when he started walking, then climbing....He climbed on top of this glass end table we had and broke it
