He didn't call out a corrupt leader, he accused a leader of corruption with zero evidence to back his claim and blamed him for the state of his city, who's playing the blame game? And as the alleged leader of the country, how does this help bring unity to a country and show leadership?

When you call out someone's lack of leadership, it isn't racist just because the man happens to be black.

Also, if the same problems persist for decades without being addressed or attempted to be taken care of, that's one of two things. 1) it's because whomever the leader of the city is, is lazy or 2) they're corrupt and are stealing money that was intended to help the community. There's missing money (in the billions) that no one seems to know what happened to. Corruption.

Lack of evidence, indictments, proof. A true leader doesn't accuse without absolute proof. Lead by example, not twitter.
