For the record I'm using a mobile

I can still click on the available buttons but I'm unable to scroll up or down. It only happens when I use the meme generator. Especially when I add images or spacing. I end up having to close the browser completely. Sound familiar to anyone?

I am on a lap top and this is happening , or was happening. It seems to have stopped now. It seems that when this happens is when new features hit soon after. So now we wait to see what else has changed.

I can't add a second photo if using my phone. Been that way for a couple of weeks.
