if thats the case then the homeless guy is being a dick. But places like that normally get holed up because theres no traffic or low traffic going through it. You don't want to be trying to sleep somewhere on a regular basis where everyone is getting super pissed at you for getting in the way. This is one of those places where the homeless are just an eye sore and affected bs artificial property values and crap like that.
