What can you create?

I am convinced that an idle mind and boy are breeding grounds for worry. Our energy will go to something. If we channel it purposefully we will have less worry and general anxiety.

I agree with you, we have to get rid of our energy somehow.... Just wish it was easier to control what it goes to

Sorry for the delete....i need to learn how to type, anyways I mostly write lyrics, and such...they aren't very good, but I love music, it has always been a part of me in a sense..... When I do usually write it it's sad, depressing, slow, yeah.... I make up songs in NY head a lot during the day, but I can never remember the rhythm or the lyrics later....

No, but that song....rocked! [I'll go die now] I more write....[I'm going to get so judged] indie music...and IDK exactly what genre it would be but songs like internet personas by Atlas.....those are the songs I try to write.... But seriously love that song!
