There was one who used to come into the IHOP and make balloon animals for tips. HE AS A FRIGGIN PERVERT! He actually placed his hands on several of us in an inappropriate manner more than once! The magement just allowed him to keep coming in!

That's really terrible. But sooner or later that clown will wind up in the ER with broken fingers!

ONE of the things he used to do was the most obnoxious thing ever. If you were about to sit down next to him he would put his hand in the seat with two of his fingers up. So when you sat down he would poke you in what God gave you! I never sat near him again in there. He was always sitting in the employee break area.

I've actually been known to do that to my girlfriend. A few of them over the years, actually. It got to the point where they sometimes would look down at the seat to see if my open palm was waiting there. LOL

But doing that to a pre-teen? How the heck did he get away with it??

I was in my early 20's. Say around 21ish. But still, it was unwelcome. LOL

It wasn't until way later in life that I gained a spine. I was easily intimidated in general. Also had been dismissed when complaining about this pervert already, so I felt like we were all doomed to put up with his nasty ways. Glad those days are over!

Well, I was working there. I didn't usually have a cup of coffee on hand, though I did consider putting my cigarette out on his face a time or two. LOL

They had the smoking and nonsmoking sections. We also smoked back in the employee area. I actually remember back when people could smoke in grocery stores. There were ashtrays at the ends of the aisles.

Words cant describe how.much i hate smoking. It smells, it hjrts you and others. The people who smoke stink

I have not smoked in 14 years. I quit after smoking for 15 years. You aren't wrong. It is expensive, stinky and harmful to one's health.
