Dead serious! I don't live around there anymore, but when I go through that area I am appalled at the pot holes!

I just got to thinking one day about all the auto body shop business that's generated via potholes, and how LONG it takes for the city to get around to filling them!!

It's productive for the garage, the parts manufacturers and the city via taxes!

I recall back when Shirley Williams... if I recall her name correctly... promised to fix all the pot holes. She even had the "Pot Hole Posse". If I also recall she made good on her promise! That has been years ago, I wish the Pot Hole Posse would make it's way to my area!

Not to talk DOWN to you, but to be honest, I don't use the so-called "spelling NAZI" just because of the word itself. Hence why I use the teacher template to (jokingly) correct spelling.

And your spelling is NEAR PERFECT! I am only messing witya. For the record, I think the difference between you and I is that I usually proofread my words because I can feel my finger hitting two keys at once. Whereas you are probably in such a rush between having so many notifications to respond to and the responsibilities at home, you just don't have time for all that. LOL

I get what you're saying on the "spelling Nazi" thing. Makes sense. I think I use it because it's so extreme sounding that it's hard not to laugh at someone being that serious.

I think my problem is that when I proofread I overlook mistakes due to reading it the way it should be as opposed to the way it actually IS. I am trying to break that habit! I have improved a bit. I refuse to use spell check because when I was using it my spelling was way worse! So I am dedicated to trying to get it right. I don't mind so much when people correct me because it lets me know that I need to pay attention!

I'm headed out the door. A neighbor just called and informed me that she's been in a rehab center for a month and she needs me to please clean her apartment for her because she's returning tomorrow. I honestly didn't even know she was gone. LOL

Anyway, I have to go and get the keys from her so I can get into her apartment.
