They try to pass this off as a way to help small businesses and photographers to avoid costly litigation but I believe that is bull. It seems like a good way to make it easier to shut down memes. The bill makes it so they can go after individuals or companies sharing images they don't have the copyright to( pretty much every meme ever ). Im no lawyer so its just my opinion, but it sounds to me like this is going to be used to control information the same way google, youtube, social media, msm etc.. do. The beaurocracy that gets set up will quickly be corrupted ( or just be corrupt from the beginning ) by those with the money to grease the wheels to get favorable judgements. Any place that corruption can sneak in, it does.
