Well, let me take the guess work out of you.

You have two candidates. One of them is stubbornly adamant that a home schooling education that entailed cutting lines of cocaine for his mom would be better than just finishing public school.

The other just finished public school.

You need to hire a candidate who can follow instructions, manage risk, exercise sensible discretion, and learn new skills.
