There's nothing BAD about disliking bacon. You're probably WISE not to like it. I'm not kidding. It's fatty and greasy! And after the meal, cleaning up afterwards is a pain because of all the grease. Ugh!

I line the baking sheet with parchment that I folded up around the sides, when the grease cools I just toss it in the trash.
