hey....you should listen to this song...it makes me cry, and actually can be related to this meme, it's called feelings are fatal. Anyways I get you it's a whole lot easier to keep smiling than to be honest with those around us. When most people hear about your problems they always say therapist, I personally find them absolutely useless. It's best to talk about things with someone you trust not to tell anyone else, or maybe someone who doesn't really have that power. it's also really good to cry sometimes, just let it all out, it helps stop it from happening other ways....Anyways if you ever need to talk to someone you can talk to me (I mean i try) and I'm sure you have lots of people around you who would love to help you!

I found the song on You Tube. That is very sad and accurate!

Thank you. It seems we click pretty good. I think we run along the same lines in a lot of ways. I'm always happy to lend an ear as well. I am not always good at knowing the best things to say, but I try. Sometimes it does help just to vent a little.

I have to say the song that perfectly describes me in social situations is Have you ever, by the Offspring. Someone once posted a meme asking what song described us and that one is definitely mine.

"the truth about the world is crime does pay" and the part about being pulled by a leash through the crowd... Yeah that is really accurate. I mean I hate anything to do with people, and if I ever really master the art of anything it'll be walking through a crowd with my head still up [so I don't stand out to bad] but not looking at anyone...

It took me years to get better in crowds, or at parties or gatherings. I found my younger years to be the worst. High school was horrendous. I hated people so much after that I didn't want anything to do with college. I used to wait tables and the forced interaction there helped me get better. So I am better now than I was 20 years ago.

Well, it's only 4 years. So there's the good news. Bad news is at that age it feels like 8 years. LOL

Only four years. I mean the thing that bothers me about life is that you never have time for yourself. As a kid you go to school, as a teen you go to school, as a young adult you can go to school, or just get a job. You really never have time to explore the world travel, express yourself. We're all just cooped up and forced to comply to modern society. If I had it my way everyone would be free to travel, explore, express themselves, not be judged for what they are or are not...... Sorry I'm ranting...

Well, You do get time to do that actually. It is never too early to save money. Of any advice I would ever give that is the most important. With money comes freedom. Because if you have a savings established you will not have to worry about missing a paycheck while you're out traveling or doing whatever. Set a goal and decide how to meet it. If you have an after school job have a certain amount automatically go into a savings account when the check hits the bank. By the time you are done with getting an education you will have money to do fun things. College is optional. Many people do very well after going to a technical school to learn a trade. Many people chose either not to have kids or to have them later. Your 20's can be what ever you want them to be if you prepare. So make your plan, prepare, and look forward to owning it.

Rant if you will. Because maybe it prompted me to say something that will inspire you to go outside the box.

Thanks! I saw you post it to someone else earlier so I went in and up voted everything! It's odd though, that those memes don't show up in your memes on your page.

Those are some of the best memes I have done since joining this site.

Did you like any of them, or did you just upvote them to be nice?

I genuinely liked them. Except the one I didn't get. It was my intention to go back and comment a bit after dinner was done and the kitchen clean.
