Not related but my baby tapped something on my phone and kicked you out of palringo, here's the link to try to get back in. So sorry! http://palringo.im/imgflip+gals?r=78660074
Not in so many words but yes, they want to know if any family commitments will interfere with your job. Kinda personal if you ask me. Besides kids don't necessarily mean the end of a career.
Nothing like probing into your sex life before you land a job. Sheesh.

Well you want kids, are you married or have a boyfriend. Youll probably want kids in the future

I'm not married and I don't have a boyfriend, nor do I want kids. But that's besides the point. It's really not an appropriate question to ask in an interview.

What rules are you referring to that require an employer to ask whether or not you plan to have children?

With the particular job I was interviewed for those things aren't really relevant.
