I think 2 is better. Sometimes it's ridiculous to see three memes in a row from the same person begging for upvotes. It appears to be turning people off. Just look at the number of upvotes we're getting lately!

At the same time we don't see a lot of people posting here. So I assume the less traffic the less general activity. IT's not like we have a massive amount of memes being posted. If we had heavier posting activity I would definitely say take it down to two.
