I use a free online version of Photoshop called “Photopea”

You're really good at art! And on a side note photopea should be like a weird disease or the fear of having your photo taken... But seriously Me no art well

If by tools you mean any skill than yes I haven't found it yet lol

Well it just takes practice and dedication :) these typically take me 5+ hours to make, depending on size and detail. I have to say though, without Photopea, I wouldn’t be here. I strongly recommend the shape tools and warp function, and dodge/burn for shading. Also, if you’re making a lot of copies of a shape (like I did for the background stars), stay vigilant in rasterizing, merging, and saving, in case it crashes (that happened to me with “Greatest Warriors”)

IDK what any of that means, but okay lol. What tf is rasterizing? It sounds like it should be on svu

It changes a shape layer to a normal layer. If you merge then rasterize with multiple shapes with the same color gradient, the gradient goes across all of the shapes. However, if you rasterize then merge, nothing will change but the layer type. Also, you can only edit (with brush, eraser, etc. tools) a rasterized layer. :)

So I take the thingy, and do the thingy and thus get a better thingy...got it
