Well of course Luke knows more than Rey, he's a master Jedi! But Rey is overpowered for no reason whatsoever. She's a horrible written character. If Rey can beat a trained Kylo, then she could beat anyone. She hasn't lost to anyone, that's why her character annoys me, and many others. She has no development whatsoever, she's a overpowered Mary Sue, and that makes her not enjoyable to watch. She goes through the story with no emotional problems like Luke does. Also, did I mention she never loses? The Force awakens should of been the movie where Rey is looking for Luke to train her, and in the first fight with Kylo, she loses, then motivating her more to find Luke. The Last Jedi should of been the movie where Rey is learning how to be a Jedi. The Rise Of Skywalker needs to be the movie where Rey uses what she learned from Luke to beat Kylo and bring balance to the force. But no! The sequels were the story of some random scavenger girl who is overpowered for no reason. That's why the sequels suck, the characters are horrible and the story has no depth.
