I’ve seen my friend who can eat an all you can eat buffet and not gain a pound while I’m not eating much just some meat salads and some rice on the side and I’m over here looking fat and slightly overweight

Yeah. To me, the trick is to never go to a buffet after 5. Seriously, my big meal of the day is always between 11:30 and 3 PM

When we were growing up our mom used to make us go to Shoney's all you can eat buffet. I swear I got sick EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. To this day you will have to hold me at gun point to get me to eat at one.

and then you order, and you get that look...like how dare you not eat plats for lunch...
