I think the icons are fine, but how about profile pics? That would be better. The established icons are for our point milestones. Wouldn't make a lot of sense to use custom icons. However you can go and change your icon to what ever earned icon you want on your settings page.

Not sure what I would use. I went a few on Face Book with out a profile picture at all.

"Have". It sits there collecting dust. I don't use it. I keep it for two reasons only.
first, there is a home school group that has a lot of helpful posts, so I like to have it during our school year. And second, it is my only way of knowing when people die. Most of my family are not on speaking terms, so when someone passes away it ends up being posted by one of the few relatives that I have there. Aside from that the place is totally useless.
