you mean that feeling where you just want to roast everyone, and everyone is just an annoying pest. I call that my "coming to my senses" day. but if you are trying to get rid of it, you can't, just listen to depressing songs until your mind comes back down to reality, works for me

Maybe some aroma therapy would help?
