Ah yes, the easiest way to defeat a politician you don't like: publicly question his health.

That way you don't have to address the fact that his politics aligns closely with what people want and stuff.

Those best placed to judge being the ones who stand to benefit from rumors of his ill health? That's what we call conflict of interest.

Calling health into question is a powermongering tool going back as far as history itself. Every form of every style of any kind of power structure has seen this. I don't believe it as far as I can throw it, and you do because you never liked the man in the first place and it is convenient for you to do so.
