The colored lines cover up the original black lines that were on their chins; the green dot is above Electro's right eye, to be more specific

There's a tiny green spot above Electro's eye and there are vertical yellow lines on all of their chins XD

Er, there's a green line on Green Goblin's chin, the other three are yellow
