This is why I as a pro-lifer am no longer Catholic. This is already happening to queerdos, and it makes no sense that an authority figure can be more powerful than is the Bible.
The Pope is not more powerful than the bible hes just a man and for the infallibility everything he says we do not have to agree with just as we say from the chair of Peter but u probably already knew this
No, I was taught numerous times that papal infallibility means that everything that the pope does must be admired. If you’re against that idea, you can’t be a Catholic.
I meant if there will ever be a pro-abortion pope. It hasn’t happened yet, but Pope Francis is already okay with queer rights, which was explicitly prohibited by the 6th Commandment.
Perhaps his personal opinion is more lenient than past popes but he has never changed (and cannot change) the official Church teaching on traditional Marriage as between a man and a woman.
