Has anyone else noticed this?

Here's my dumb theory: the person who initially uploaded it to the web photoshopped the hand to look smaller, as a way of marking that template as their own. It's stupid - but I haven't been able to think of anything else.

I haven't seen the movie (maybe that character has a really small hand).
