This man has held my car for a week!

Two weeks ago, my car went in the shop to be inspected. It came back to me UNINSPECTED. I was told that his computer couldn't read my car. Last week, the same thing. This week, he is supposed to be keeping it until tonight. I was just told that he could not get to it in time, so it's gonna remain there until Monday AT THE EARLIEST!

My husband works a 12 hour rotating shift. He cannot always do all these things that need doing. I am going on Monday to get my car. I will take it somewhere else! This is crazy!
