well, sometimes you see visions of you killing people you despise in multiple ways, you can smell blood in a one mile radius, you can sense weapons without seeing them in the first place, and you instantly figure out how to use something as a weapon, there is a lot more but that's the basics

Hm alright...Well can I tell ya how it's like to have extrasensory hearing and smell as well as instincts, because that's the kind of stuff that I have.

to admit, I know how to use everything as a weapon, and I know how to use multiple types of guns, im even deadlier then an actual Yan like Yuka Takaoka

Well, Extrasensory hearing is when ya hear stuff more louder, like someone's heartbeat or higher pitched sounds that humans can't normally hear, as for extrasensory smell, that's when you can smell blood or stuff others can't smell from quite a distance, it's a bit like how wolves can track someone down by their scent. And instincts well it's mainly wolf instincts that I have...

im able to hear dog whistles (and damn does that sound hurt my ears) and I can hear heartbeats if I pay enough attention, also I can track people down by their scent
