Depends on what kind of discrete integrated semiconductor device functions one needs.
They all have very good and high grade quality standards with high precision.
"Chips", Microchips and other discrete integrated silicone semiconductors.
I forgot to mention the Company "Microchip" which is also a great producer.

Beside Xilinx, which is to find in many routers, switches and other electronic boxes with systems on a chip. Cisco is one of the most known customers of them and they also produce asics ( which often are the base for SoC) in bigger scales.
FoxConn is another well known Producer of Consumer Electronics which is using much of these chips.
