I've already made 2 enemies.
They were being Negative Nancy
They accused me of making a meme that was "begging for upvotes" in the fun stream.

Well, there is no rule that says you cannot post such a meme there. They don't do very well in fun stream though. Just ignore those people. They are of no consequence.

I wouldn't do that. Maybe just the unpleasant comment deserves the downvote. But I don't think they would see anything on their screen except that they less up votes.
