I'm not sure how accurate that is. But we can't be saying that the over representation of minorities in the prison system demonstrates a bias in our justice system and that the astronomically low women to men ratio in prison does not.
SO WE'RE SUPPOSE TO BE CONCERNED WITH MINORITIES BEING OVER REPRESENTED IN THE PRISON SYSTEM, BUT NOT WITH THE FACT THAT WOMEN MAKE UP ONLY 10% OF THE PRISON POPULATION. PERHAPS WE NEED TO RE-EVALUATE WHERE THE BIAS IS!
