Okay, here's how it works . . .
You click on the OPTION at the upper-right corner that says "FOLLOW BEGGING FOR UPVOTES"
Then you click on Create a Meme as you would normally do to make a meme
When you go to submit the meme, click on the part where you have choices of streams to choose from. Now that you are following Begging For Upvotes, that option will be in the list of streams. Just select that as the stream where you wish to submit your meme
