I agree that turf is a slur. I first heard of the term when someone was slurring lesbians for not being attracted to transwomen as transphobes. But the meme says, her body her choice.

So, "her body, her choice" is about being free to choose who you're attracted to, and not about the abortion catch-phrase? That makes more sense :)
I first heard about "terfs" on Twitter, when someone provided the link above. I was horrified when I read that site! The "trans-women" are just abusive men in drag!
I'm convinced now that the women's movement was hijacked by these "womyn" and was morphed into the "feminist" movement. They can't be in the regular boys' club, so they gotta take over the girls' clubs and show us how much better they are at being women then we are.

It references both. And keep in mind any group has extremists, and anti-turfs may not even be trans, A certain radicle subset of the left seem to like to control and hate on everyone that disagrees with them.
