Unfortunately it comes from being old.

When you've been in the world long enough, you know a lot more about a lot of things, so you can utilize that knowledge to come up with a plethora of ideas for memes

I've been doing this for approximately 17 years. My very first meme had to do with the 9/11 tragedies. I probably made that meme in late September of 2001
