Online political discourse has gone stupid over the years. There's a chance that the media is to blame.

I mean, the media, left and right alike, will constantly blame the other side for the world's problems. And people buy into that shit.

What do you think?

The big problem in the world is that people are so fixated on ‘the other side’ ie being the left or right, that we don’t get around to having a genuine conversation on what’s best for the world. Online political debates have always been largely cancerous & ripe with extremists.
And you are correct about the media being largely to blame. For instance, take the mass shootings in the US as like a twisted ‘game’ and the Media are keeping score of who’s the best at it. Young troubled kids see this and think: ‘I bet I can kill more than the last guy, that’ll make me really famous.’

The word is overrun with Neo-Nazis & SJWs. All competing over who’s right and squabbling like children. Personally I lean more towards the right wing, but I do hold some left wing beliefs like: universal healthcare, more taxes on the rich etc.
But I’m right wing in the sense that I don’t think anybody should be banned from saying or wearing anything. As long as it’s not a personal attack on someone.
Folk can’t take a joke anymore & that’s the problem. Humour helps us heal, & brings us together all whilst Letting out frustration in a friendly manner.
It’s one of the reasons I use a lot of Nazi symbolism in my memes, it’s not about ‘I like Nazis’ it’s about sharing a joke. I don’t attack anyone who doesn’t deserve it but I also don’t resort to personal attacks against the individual either, threatening to beat them up or harm their loved ones. I collect Nazi memorabilia yes, but also a hell of a lot more. I’m open minded & not restricted to a set view on the world, which we need.

TheGreatTitan is also a collector of Historical merobilia & builds Lego sets of historic events. She even has a uniform collection of both allied & axis gear. Alongside her Marvel & DC collection & Lego sets. Me I even have a few WW1-2 guns with my section 5 firearms certificate (UK gun certificate meaning I can own semi auto weapons)
I have an American M1 Garand, MG-42 LMG (replica), a martini hernry rifle, an SMLE & a German Kar98k.

So what I’m Getting at is that we should be more mindful of the ‘X is a Nazi!’ BS. Or history will repeat itself. And the media push this division through bias & fabrication. They pick a side & run with it. They’re pretty much sheep themselves. Unable to try & understand the ‘other side’ & I mean both the left & right.

Yeah. I can understand.

I personally see myself as basically a liberal with socialist values. I used to be more far on the left. But eventually realized I was being kinda ridiculous.

Also, I personally find the "Nazi memorabilia collecting" a bit gross. I dunno. That's just how I am.
