Good point! Actually the prism is splitting the rational portion (let's face it rational thought has all levels of thinking contained in it, it merely depends on the existing circumstances if any portion is "smart" or "stupid") of the spectrum into its component wavelengths ~ the prism (Democrat Lawmakers) is attenuating all wavelengths (thoughts) and only refracting stupidity into it's various levels ie: insanity, delusions, paranoia, etc. Take the meme for the intent not for the scientific accuracy.
