Yes... It's true. I haven't had my period in a year actually... And I have been feeling kinda sick in the morning... welp...

I hope you will or have seen a doctor about this :-). There's alot of reasons that might cause you to be missing your period. It could be a hormonal imbalance. Or something as simple as your diet. If you've lost or gained a significant amount of weight that might be a factor. A few years ago I was a little underweight and as a result my period stopped. Could be stress related also.

A year is a long time. And if it's accompanied by a sick feeling could be something up. I'm surprised the doctor didn't pick something up. Birth control pills could also affect your cycle if you're taking anything like that. Maybe you need a new doctor?

I'm sorry you're going through that. 😓Are you able to see a specialist? I would get a second opinion if possible. Better to root out the problem sooner than later. But I'm probably stating the obvious. I'll say a prayer for you.

Well, my concern is it may be a sign of low or no fertility which could be a problem down the road should you want to have a baby. A regular cycle is a sign of health, none means something is up. Maybe a fertility doctor could help. :)

If you haven't done anything that could get you pregnant, you should probably see a doctor about it.
