First World Problems

MOST of the time pressing "0" will get you to a human. Sometimes it won't. I despise phone trees, and even more than that I despise even more the ones that don't allow the key pad and only accept verbal cues. I hang up on those and find other services if that's how they roll.

There is a cell phone / computer repair near me who don't even answer their friggin phone. They try to force everyone to do the google voice thing. I emailed the idiots and let them know how absurd it is.

That would drive me crazy!! I agree that is absurd!
