If anything they should have blown the play dead for the injury are the goalie but no saint Louis scores a goal

Cant stop the play until the team with injury gains control of the puck. Otherwise players would be faking injuries during breakaways. Maybe Dallas should have pulled him after the injury instead of giving up another goal.
