Trump won because he was an outsider, the hard truth is many dems voted for him for the same reason the reps did, we have lost faith in the old liars and wanted a real change. Unless I see him murder a nun I'll vote for him again and for the same reason.

If being an outsider was all it took independent candidates would be president.

To be honest Trump would not have been on my top ten list of outsiders but I am happy with his record so far, most of the Obama abuses of power have been reversed along with most of his policies. The big win was the changes so federal agencies will no longer be political hammers. That said, immigration still need fixed and previous officials need to be charged and held accountable. Draining the swamp doesn't work if the crimes committed are not dealt with. As is, I have zero faith that America still has a functional legal system.
