The banks screwed the economy. Spending was giving us results. We actually had nurses and smaller class sizes and all that stuff.

No no, there was a time about ten years ago when we all taught 20 children at a time not 33. I'm not making that up to suit labor propaganda - all my colleagues remember exactly the same thing.
