I wore makeup once. On my wedding day.

I actually very rarely wear make-up, but some girls can't seem to live without it 🤷

Well I may have worn it a few times before. But I don't do foundation and all the crap they put on like those makeup videos on youtube. Eye shadow, a little blush, that's it. I am what I am, makeup won't change that. But I am amazed at how some ladies completely transform with it.

I only wear mascara and sometimes lipstick💄 I'm not trying to impress anyone, so if they can't take me for what I am then so be it 🤷. At least people know what I really look like, makeup can be really diseaving.

What kinda lipstick do you use? I can never manage to keep it on more than 5 minutes. Like it comes off when I eat, drink, talk and breathe. Seems pointless to me.

I usually wear matte lipstick, it stays on a little longer. In fact it can be damn hard to take off sometimes. I usually go for lighter more natural shades.

Why do you girls where makeup

It depends on the girl, people wear it for different reasons. It can be a way of expressing yourself or boosting confidence.

It makes us feel prettier and this boasts our self esteem. I, like these ladies, rarely wear it though due to it being a pain in the @$$.

Especially when you're done and you have to go through a day of having to remember not to rub your eyes or touch certain areas of your face too much.

You know that actors wear makeup in movies and plays, right? My theater teacher made everyone (even the guys) wear makeup. Main thing that scared them was the eyeliner, but other than that, they were fine. We made sure to be subtle about it, too, ie just some foundation and eyeliner so that they don't look washed out in the bright lights and to make their eyes look bigger.
