It's a rubbery cup you put in there to collect stuff. Sounds gross looks like it would be more torture. I'm a pad girl myself, never got used to tampons.

Luckily I usually have an extremely light flow. I find pads more hygienic and safer when you're out and about.

Yea. I've heard of girls going into shock fun from having a tampon in too long. Yikes
