Born in Seattle, but now I live far enough away so as not to be able to smell it. The last job I worked downtown I had to dodge human waste on the sidewalk walking in...pretty sad. (As Yogi might have said, "Seattle has gotten so disgusting everybody 'goes' on the sidewalk there")

Ha! I have family there and visit yearly. Fun place, but I know what you’re talking about downtown, it can be disgusting.

The Gum Wall!...I worked a couple blocks from there for over a year. We saw Kansas in Seattle a week ago Saturday, but rarely go there any more.

How was the show?

The show was great! There were two founding members and the main vocalist was fantastic. They started with an acoustical set sans drummer then brought out the drummer (one of the founding members) and got to business. It was The Point Of Know Return tour so toward the middle of the show they played the entire album (saw The Moody Blues do the same with Days Of Future Passed a few years back)
