I mean, if you want to become an engineer or an accountant, then you'd still NEED to go to university. There's no way around that.
But there's this thing going round that universities are indoctrination centers of whatever nefarious agenda so I wouldn't want people to die of lack of access to healthcare just because they bought into that when they were 17.
