You're mostly right;) He was in the desert for 40 days but not really chillin, more like fasting, praying and being tested by the devil. Also 40 is how many days Noah was in the ark. The Israelites traveled to the promised land for 40 years. 40 seems to be a special number.

Right? Most people can't survive a few days without water. But I guess when you're God anything is possible.
