That's on mobile. Sonic 2 mobile is free

you gotta tap s,e,g,a in that order, hold two fingers at the bottom of the scrreen until that one screen pops up, then where it says sound test, you put in the number combination, 1,9,9,2,1,1,2,4 and then choose what ever level you'd like on that screen, but it has to be on no save mode at the start.

yeah its alot, but it actually fun! You can go underneath stages, see unused content, see how stages were made, and just completely break whole levels! its really fun, but can be creepy and annoying to.

you can also have the choice of knuckles and tails.
