This clearly went over your head. This meme is making fun of the people who say pot cures cancer. Thus the part about reputable scientists not ever saying that. Also in the scene from Revenge of the Sith that these images come from Palpatine ( The old man) is making false promises about the benefits of coming to the Dark Side.
