IDK who revolver is I haven't gotten that far in all the animes so I'm gonna have to say, Zane

Revolver, aka Ryoken Kogami, is pretty much Seto Kaiba for the yugioh VRAINS spinoff, and although they're both strong, Ryoken kinda has advantage over Zane, by not only using DM/GX cards and knowing them (so understanding Zanes combos) but also he uses the newest cards that just came out, still, it woud be cloe.

Electrumite, seeing how it was speccificly made to make pendulums good again after links came along Saryuja becuase it let's you draw 4 cards(!), knightmare phoneix , knightmare cerebus and knightmare unicorn cause they are spot removal and a borrelsword because you can kill an opponent in a single battle phase with ease.
