I STARTED DOING A HUNDRED PUSHUPS EVERY MORNING, IT'S A GOOD WAY TO KICK OFF MY DAY; MAN, THAT'S PRETTY HARDCORE. I START THE DAY WITH 5 SIT-UPS. THAT DOESN'T SOUND LIKE MUCH. WELL, I CAN ONLY HIT THE SNOOZEBAR SO MANY TIMES BEFORE IT MAKES ME LATE FOR WORK.
