Perhaps I'm going off on a tangent here, but that 'evil vs evil' thing got me thinking.
Ever played Blood 2: The Chosen? I was just thinking how part of the tagline goes:
...a dark organization with a dark purpose casts its shadow over the world. As their cause begins to reach fruition, an even greater evil pushes its twisted being at the bindings of reality.
So apparently there's an evil organisation, but also an "even greater evil." and the game pits these 2 evils against each other.
