I don't see what the confusion is. Russia is a hyper-nationalist government and Trump is buddy-buddy with any government that evangelizes that as a model for our government. Like, Trump supporters haven't even been disputing that - what is under dispute is whether that's a good thing or a bad thing.

They call trump a foreign spy on Monday and on Tuesday they call him an American nationalist

Again, you're not seeing the lack of contradiction in the argument. I'm not sure where it's losing you.
