when upvotes came in imgflip, we decided to make certain people give out upvotes. and every stolen meme/image/etc. would be punished with downvotes. no, no actual organization was made. it was separated in groups of workers. anybody could be a fairy, just change ur name to a certain name with upvote fairy and then add an extra name or something. EX: UpvoteFairyJosh or UpvoteFairyMickey.
